I guide you through the core theme of the week — bringing clarity, awareness, and channelled insights — and support you in understanding the mind, the emotions, and the energetic layers that are ready to shift.
This is our anchor point and the energetic starting place for the week.
2. Live Q&A + Sharing 45min (Fridays)
A shorter session — grounded, honest, supportive — where you ask, connect, and go deeper.
3. Weekly Audio Activation
A meditation, visualization, or energetic activation to help you integrate.
All sessions are recorded. Join live or in your own rhythm.
