ABOUT GABBIE
I knew the formula.
I just couldn’t live it.
I spent years in the mind — a Master’s degree in engineering, a career in Supply Chain with some of the biggest global companies in the world. I understood how systems worked. I optimised everything.
What I couldn't optimise was the hollow feeling beneath it all.
It took everything falling apart — my health, my relationships, my sense of purpose — for me to finally stop searching outside myself. What I found when I went inward changed everything. And it is what I now help others find.
