My Journey Part 3— Awakening to Energy and Freedom

From mind to energy, from doing to being.

First written in September 2024. It still feels like a milestone in my awakening, and I’m sharing it here with a small update from today.

In my last two posts, I shared how I went from being stuck in a cycle of constant doing, always pushing, striving, and achieving, to finding healing and rediscovering my true self. Life turned out to be so much richer than I ever imagined.

So, what happened next?

This past year has been about a profound spiritual awakening. I was always the rational, scientific type, and spirituality once felt “woo-woo” and out of reach. But as I went deeper into healing, I discovered quantum physics and energy work, and suddenly spirituality began to make perfect sense.

For the first time, I realized I am not my thoughts, emotions, or even my body. I am the one observing them. I am consciousness itself. That realization changed everything.

I began combining mindset work with energy practices, and the results spoke for themselves.

Here’s what I came to know:

We are not stuck because of our circumstances, we are stuck because we have disconnected from our own energy.

We’ve been taught to grind, hustle, and rely only on logic. But everything is energy. As Einstein said, “Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality.”

Life is meant to be lived with joy, ease, and freedom.

When we feel stuck, whether in our careers, relationships, or within ourselves, it is a sign we have disconnected from our true essence. It does not have to be that way.

The answers lie within.

By reconnecting with our inner energy, releasing old patterns, and raising our vibration, we can transform. The power to create the life we long for is already within us.

This journey is not just about healing, it is about stepping fully into the role of creator in our own lives. Once we embrace that truth, we not only transform ourselves but also the world around us.

Update (2025)

When I first wrote these reflections in 2024, they felt like the beginning of something new. Today, in 2025, I can see how much deeper this awakening has carried me. What once felt like glimpses of truth is now the ground I live from every day. And the unfolding continues, ever expanding, ever remembering.

This completes the first three parts of my journey. The path keeps opening, and I look forward to sharing more with you along the way.
